How It Works

Our Production Process

We streamline the manufacturing process to minimize delays. Here is how we move from your idea to a finished shipment.

STEP — 01

Project Assessment & Matching

Simply share your design file, photo, or requirements. Our team will review your concept, advise on the best materials, and provide a clear estimate for the Sample Fee, MOQ, and Bulk Pricing.

  • Have a physical sample? Send it to us! We can replicate it exactly for mass production (“Counter-Sample”).

STEP — 02

Material Sourcing

We scour our local supply network to find high-quality materials that match your budget.

STEP — 03

Pattern Creation

Our artisans create a precise master pattern for your product. This step ensures that the shape, fit, and structure of every Kippah or Bag remain consistent across the entire order.

STEP — 04

Sample Production

We hand-cut and sew a physical sample for you. This allows you to touch the fabric, test the fit, and verify the quality in real life before committing to mass production.

STEP — 05

Fast Refinement

We review the sample together. Thanks to our 28 years of industry experience, we typically finalize designs in just 1-2 rounds of revisions, whereas other factories often need 5+ rounds to get it right

STEP — 06

Mass Manufacturing

Once you approve the “Golden Sample,” we initiate the Purchase Order. We move immediately into bulk production with strict quality control checkpoints throughout the run
